Tie Guan Yin 铁观音

I really enjoy a lot of different types teas. With that said, I always return to my favorite, Tie Guan Yin. Something about every aspect of this tea just makes me smile and relax. From its deep flowery taste to its heavenly fragrance just puts me in a good place. In my opinion, it is a very refined and dignified tea (a gentlemen's/woman's tea) with a lot of character. Those who have not tried it should and those who have should continue to drink more.
